Mr. Creveling has more than 40 years of professional experience in urban and real estate economics and urban planning. He has provided research, advisory, and consulting services to a great many local governments, public agencies, development organizations, and real estate interests in several states and overseas. His extensive background and areas of expertise include demographic and economic research and analysis, market and financial feasibility analysis, economic and fiscal impact analysis, and strategic and business planning.
